Victoria Harris Speaks about In-House Recruiting at NALSC Conference

NALSC (National Association of Legal Search Consultants) invited Victoria Harris to speak at its October 20 conference hosted by Latham & Watkins in New York.  Victoria moderated a panel on in-house recruiting that covered topics including: (1) when and why companies work with external recruiters; (2) how to make successful attorney placements, including helping law firm candidates transition successfully to in-house; and (3) the nuts and bolts of a successful in-house recruiting practice, including how to support DEI efforts, complete challenging searches, and develop lasting relationships with employer clients.

NALSC (National Association of Legal Search Consultants) is the only organization representing the legal search profession.  The organization is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards by requiring adherence of its members to the NALSC Code of Ethics.  NALSC currently is comprised of 200+ member firms and individuals from all over the United States and Canada, as well as other international locations.  An increasing number of legal employers incorporate a clause requiring adherence to the NALSC Code of Ethics in their recruitment contracts.
