James Moser joins the Business practice at Foster Pepper

We are pleased to announce that Foster Pepper has added James Moser to the firm’s Spokane office.  As a Member in the Business practice, Mr. Moser focuses his practice on counseling clients with the design, implementation, and operation of qualified defined contribution plans, executive compensation, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).  Prior to joining Foster Pepper, he practiced with Seigfried Bingham in Kansas City, Missouri.
