Inti Knapp Presents to Harvard Law regarding In-House Careers

Inti Knapp, our Managing Shareholder, presented recently to the Harvard Law School community for the fifth time.  She spoke on the topic of “Moving In-House on the West Coast.”

Dena Sacco, Harvard Law’s Assistant Director for Alumni Advising, asked Inti questions on behalf of alumni regarding (1) an overview of in-house practice; (2) common misconceptions about practicing in-house; and (3) how law firm attorneys can best position themselves for an in-house career.  In addition, Inti discussed in-house compensation, differences in regional and industry in-house practices, in-house career progression, and best strategies and optimal timing to pursue in-house opportunities.
