Derek de Bakker joins Pacific Markets International as General Counsel

We are pleased to announce Derek de Bakker as the new General Counsel at Pacific Markets International.  Mr. de Bakker was previously Senior Counsel at Vertafore and General Counsel at Mod Systems.
