Costco Wholesale welcomes Kate Borun as in-house counsel focused on commercial matters, providing legal advice to a variety of business units.  Prior to joining Costco, Borun practiced transactional law at Weil Gotshal, Intellectual Ventures, and Comcast Technology Solutions.
