Corporate Partner Joins Seattle Law Firm

Ogden Murphy Wallace in Seattle has expanded its Corporate & Transactions team.  Zoë Maddox has joined as partner, and represents companies of all stages of maturity, including formation, funding, expansion, and exit.  She advises public and private companies, tax exempt organizations, and their boards and investors on general corporate law and governance matters as well as significant business transactions, including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings.  Prior to joining Ogden Murphy Wallace, Maddox graduated from New York University School of Law, and practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and a Seattle law boutique.
