Our client, a well-known national law firm, seeks Private Fund Formation Associates to join their Seattle location

National law firm seeks midlevel and senior associates with 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and similar private funds.  Experience representing both sponsors and investors are preferred.  Experience forming hedge funds and venture capital funds will also be considered. 

This is an opportunity to work with a group of individuals who truly enjoy practicing law in a supportive and dynamic firm environment.   Associates operate as a team when working with clients and they hope to find a fun, energetic colleague with similar passions.  Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. 

Base compensation is $345,000 – $425,000/year depending on level of experience.
